This is a recipe from my 3rd - 4th generation German American Rauert family. I tried to find other references on the Internet to see how others cooked it but it must be called something different. "Grotten Hans" is a guessed spelling of a Low German phrase from my grandmother . liblamb 00:39, 24 Apr 2005 (UTC)
